How much does Fax2Email cost?
For the user, the service is free, no setup fees, no monthly rental charges.
As with normal fax calls, the caller pays for the call. Fax2Email calls are charged by Telkom at a flat rate (all distances) of R 1.775 VAT per min. There is no split between local or national calls, just a flat rate irrespective of where they are sending the fax to.
Can I receive international faxes to my Fax2Email Number?
No. Fax2Email numbers work within South Africa only.
My Email address has changed, how do I change my Fax2Email linked email address?
Simply send an Email to support@swiftcall.co.za with you request giving the reference Fax2Email number & new email address.
I dont seem to be receiving my faxes?
If your email address has changed, please inform us as you will not receive your faxes if it has. If the problem is not with your ISP, Anti Virus or Anti Spam, send an Email to support@swiftcall.co.za to check the server log files. Faxes are kept on the server for 7 days and can be resent to your email address on request.
I seem to have difficulty viewing & printing faxes?
There is an Image Viewer program built in to Microsoft Operating Systems like Windows 98, XP, Vista, Windows 7 which should open by default when viewing Fax2Email TIF image files. If you would like to use and alternative TIFF viewer program, we recommend you download & install Irfanview from http://www.irfanview.com. It is FREE and works well.
Fax2Email is now sent to new users in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view & print faxes. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, please download from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
How can I change the fax format from TIFF to PDF or vice versa?

Can I receive faxes to more than one email address using the same Fax2Email number?
Yes, we can link a limited number of email addresses to one Fax2Email number.
